Where we ship

Shipping is free across the European Union. We also ship to a small number of markets just outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Not sure if we cover your country? Ask us via our contact form.

Production and delivery time

From the moment you approve your digital proof, production and delivery take 14 to 21 days within the EU. International orders outside the EU can take a little longer depending on customs. These are estimates based on normal production volume, not guaranteed dates — we'll flag it if a specific order is likely to take longer.

How your order ships

• Every kit is individually packaged per player, so team distribution is easy on arrival.
• Orders are shipped as a single consignment to the address you provide — we don't currently split one order across multiple delivery addresses.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves production.

Customs and import duties (non-EU orders)

For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
