Yes — always. We send a full-color digital mockup showing your team colors, logo placement, player names and numbers before a single kit goes into production. Production only starts after your written approval.
We accept AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG. Vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS) give the sharpest print results and are preferred. Don't have a vector logo? Our design team can recreate it from a high-res image at no extra cost.
We ship free across every country in the European Union, plus a small number of nearby markets including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Delivery takes 14 to 21 days from proof approval within the EU; a little longer for international orders outside it. All orders include a tracking number.
We stand behind every kit. If a uniform arrives with a manufacturing defect or doesn't match the approved proof, we reship at no cost. For sizing issues, we provide a detailed size guide before production and recommend ordering one size up for youth players.
