What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 kits. Whether you need jerseys only or a full jersey + shorts set, we accommodate small youth teams and large club programmes alike. Volume discounts apply from 20 kits and above.
What is included in the price?
Everything: full sublimation, player names, numbers, your club logo, and delivery. One price per set, no hidden fees and no per-name surcharge.
Design, Sizing & Customization
How your team basketball kit gets designed, proofed and sized before it goes into production.
Can I see a digital proof before production starts?
Yes — always. We send a full-colour digital mockup showing your team colours, logo placement, player names and numbers before a single kit goes into production. Production only starts after your written approval.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG. Vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS) give the sharpest print results and are preferred. Don't have a vector logo? Our design team can recreate it from a high-resolution image at no extra cost.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure a jersey the player already wears and compare it with our size chart, which lists chest and body length in centimetres. As a rule, pick the size closest to the player's chest measurement plus 5–8 cm of ease. Men's sizes run S–3XL, women's S–3XL and youth YXS–YXL.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship across the European Union, with free delivery on every order. Production plus delivery takes 14 days on average. Every order includes a tracking number.
What if a kit is defective or doesn't match the proof?
We stand behind every kit. If a uniform arrives with a manufacturing defect or doesn't match the approved proof, we reship at no cost. For sizing, we provide a detailed size guide before production and recommend ordering a sample for large orders.
