This policy explains what personal data Clubkit (legal company name to be added, "we", "us") συλλέγει μέσω του clubkit.eu, γιατί τα συλλέγουμε και ποια δικαιώματα έχετε σε αυτά. Η Clubkit κατασκευάζει εμφανίσεις μπάσκετ με ψηφιακή εκτύπωση στη δική της μονάδα παραγωγής, μόνο για συλλόγους, ακαδημίες και καταστήματα αθλητικών ειδών.

1. What we collect

We collect only what's needed to prepare a quote, process an order, or manage your account:

• Αιτήματα προσφοράς και επικοινωνίας: ονοματεπώνυμο, email, τηλέφωνο, χώρα, όνομα οργανισμού/συλλόγου, αριθμός εμφανίσεων, το μήνυμά σας και κάθε αρχείο λογότυπου ή γραφικού που επισυνάπτετε.
• Account holders: email address and password (stored encrypted), plus any order, quote and design history tied to your account.
• Automatically: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via server logs and session cookies, used to keep the site working and secure — not for advertising.
• Country of connection: deduced from your IP address on our own server, without contacting any third party (IP Geolocation by DB-IP), to serve the regions we deliver to and for the audience statistics below.
• Audience statistics: for each page viewed, our own server records the page, the site you came from, your country, the type of device, browser and language, how long the page stayed in view, and which links and buttons were clicked. No cookie is used and your IP address is not stored: visitors are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. These statistics are kept 25 months, only to improve the site, and never shared.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your quote request and prepare pricing for your order.
• To produce and ship your custom uniforms, including using your uploaded logo/artwork solely for that order.
• To manage your account, saved drafts and order history if you register.
• To send order-related emails (quote confirmation, production updates, shipping notifications).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)

We process your data under one of these bases: performance of a contract (preparing your quote/order), your consent (when you submit a form), or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

4. Who we share it with

Κοινοποιούμε δεδομένα μόνο όπου είναι απαραίτητο για την εκτέλεση της παραγγελίας σας: στη μονάδα παραγωγής μας στο Sialkot, Pakistan (για την κατασκευή των εμφανίσεών σας — τα στοιχεία της παραγγελίας που χρειάζονται για την παραγωγή, όπως ονόματα, αριθμοί και μεγέθη παικτών, υποβάλλονται επομένως σε επεξεργασία εκτός ΕΕ), σε υπηρεσίες πληρωμών (Remitly, τράπεζες) και σε παρόχους φιλοξενίας και e-mail. Δεν κοινοποιούμε τα δεδομένα σας σε κανέναν για δικούς του σκοπούς μάρκετινγκ.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't turn into an order are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Order and account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by applicable tax/accounting law.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies

clubkit.eu χρησιμοποιεί μόνο τα cookies που χρειάζονται για να παραμένετε συνδεδεμένοι και για να προστατεύονται οι φόρμες από παραποίηση (cookies συνεδρίας και προστασίας CSRF). Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε cookies παρακολούθησης ή διαφήμισης.
