This policy explains what personal data Clubkit (legal company name to be added, "we", "us") über clubkit.eu erhebt, warum wir sie erheben und welche Rechte du daran hast. Clubkit fertigt individuelle sublimierte Basketball-Trikotsätze für Vereine, Basketballschulen, Händler und Profiteams.

1. What we collect

We collect only what's needed to prepare a quote, process an order, or manage your account:

• Angebots- und Kontaktanfragen: vollständiger Name, E-Mail, Telefon, Land, Name der Organisation bzw. des Vereins, Anzahl der Sets, deine Nachricht und alle angehängten Logo- oder Grafikdateien.
• Account holders: email address and password (stored encrypted), plus any order, quote and design history tied to your account.
• Automatically: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via server logs and session cookies, used to keep the site working and secure — not for advertising.
• Country of connection: deduced from your IP address on our own server, without contacting any third party (IP Geolocation by DB-IP), to serve the regions we deliver to and for the audience statistics below.
• Audience statistics: for each page viewed, our own server records the page, the site you came from, your country, the type of device, browser and language, how long the page stayed in view, and which links and buttons were clicked. No cookie is used and your IP address is not stored: visitors are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next. These statistics are kept 25 months, only to improve the site, and never shared.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your quote request and prepare pricing for your order.
• To produce and ship your custom uniforms, including using your uploaded logo/artwork solely for that order.
• To manage your account, saved drafts and order history if you register.
• To send order-related emails (quote confirmation, production updates, shipping notifications).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)

We process your data under one of these bases: performance of a contract (preparing your quote/order), your consent (when you submit a form), or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

4. Who we share it with

Wir geben Daten nur weiter, wenn es für die Abwicklung deiner Bestellung nötig ist: an unsere Produktionsstätte in Sialkot, Pakistan (zur Herstellung deiner Trikots – die für die Produktion nötigen Bestelldaten wie Spielernamen, Nummern und Größen werden daher außerhalb der EU verarbeitet), an Zahlungsdienste (Remitly, Banken) sowie an Anbieter von Hosting- und E-Mail-Infrastruktur. Wir geben deine Daten an niemanden für dessen eigene Werbezwecke weiter.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't turn into an order are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Order and account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by applicable tax/accounting law.

6. Your rights

clubkit.eu verwendet nur die Cookies, die nötig sind, damit du angemeldet bleibst und Formulare vor Manipulation geschützt sind (Session- und CSRF-Schutz-Cookies). Tracking- oder Werbe-Cookies verwenden wir nicht.
